Notifying us about the return
You must notify us about your intention to return the item within 14 days of the date of you purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01204 524404 to tell us about your intention to return. We will issue you with a return authorisation sheet to include with your return.
Returned items must be in original condition, unused, unopened, unassembled, and suitable for resale.
Items you do not have the right to return
We will not be able to accept returns for made-to-order, customised or personalised items.
Returning the item to us
Please include return authorisation sheet with your return.
You are free to arrange your own return shipping with your preferred courier.
We will issue refund within 14 days of receiving your item in our warehouse and inspecting it. We will issue refund to your original method of payment.
If you paid on account, we will issue you with a credit note.
