1.1 Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout. The checkout shows the services and prices available for your order before you pay.
1.2 We deliver to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands with the same express service as mainland UK, but please allow extra time. Some remote postcodes, such as Scottish islands, may cost more; we will contact you before dispatch if yours does.

2.1 Working days are Monday to Friday, except bank holidays in England.
2.2 Printed boxes and other made-to-order goods are made after you order and are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days (terms, clause 8.1).
2.3 Large orders can take longer to pack. If yours will, we will tell you when to expect it.
3. International delivery
We deliver to the countries below by FedEx. The checkout shows the exact price for your order's weight.

Prices exclude VAT. Orders over 25 kg are sent as more than one parcel, and the price is worked out the same way.
3.1 Only our thermoforming blanks, boxes, impression trays and related items can be sent outside the UK; other products show as unavailable at checkout. We cannot send liquids or aerosols outside the UK.
3.2 For the United States, Canada, France and Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain, import duty and taxes are shown and paid at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. For other countries, import VAT, duty or customs charges may be due on delivery and are paid by the person receiving the parcel. Delivery can be delayed while a parcel clears customs.
3.3 For a country not listed, or a parcel over the limit, contact us and we will see what we can arrange.
4. If something goes wrong
4.1 Please check your delivery when it arrives. Tell us about anything damaged or missing within 7 days of delivery, with photos where you can (terms, clause 6.3), and we will put it right.
4.2 If a parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of the expected date, contact us and we will trace it with the courier.
4.3 Please make sure the delivery address is complete and correct. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we may charge for sending it again.
4.4 The goods are your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us (terms, clause 6.2).
